Alan Eubank, better known as AJ, was raised in the mobile home industry, beginning his work in the field at the young age of 15 working with his father, a retired installer. 

Previous to that, Alan would enjoy watching and helping his father at work when he was just 10 years old. When Alan graduated high school at 18, he began working full time in the industry.

At the age of 26, Alan started his own company in the trade that he had grown to know so well and become so passionate about. Alan married his high school sweetheart, Brianna, at the age of 28, where she began to also learn the industry, and helped him grow the company by utilizing her strengths from years in the customer service and clerical fields.

Together, they built a well-known and well-respected install company, known as Manufactured House Specialist Inc. out of Indiana. aka MHS Inc. They grew the business from 1 man with 1 truck and 1 trailer into a 4-fleet powerhouse with multiple employees and equipment along with owning a storage facility, MHS Storage, and running a manufactured home dealership, MHS Homes Inc.

In 2021, God greatly moved in the lives of AJ & Brianna, and has continued to grow them in their walks with Him. In early 2025, God gave AJ a calling. He simply told Him "Go and listen only to Me." So we walked in obedience and clung to His faithfulness to begin Mission 41 Installers. 40 days it rained, day 41 God gave Noah hope. 40 years in the desert after fleeing Egypt, year 41 the Israelites walked into the promised land. This is Mission 41, hope & promise.
